Here is the current bug fix for the SIO2PC.  There seems to have been
a bug in version 3.18i that caused the system to "go to sleep" every few
seconds, causing long delays while transfering files.

This file is the complete 3.19i in self extracting format to be run
on your MsDOS machine.
