  Graphics 9 - 80 x 192 x 16 blue  (for ColorView .B)
  Graphics 15 - 160 x 192 x 4 red  (for ColorView .R)
  Graphics 15 - 160 x 192 x 4 green (for ColorView .G)
  Graphics 15 - 160 x 192 x 4 blue  (for ColorView .B)
  Graphics 11 - 80 x 192 x 16 hue  (for Pryzm / APAC-Interlaced)
