There are apparently 2 major bugs in APE 1.06, which I was not aware of.

Bug #1 is that you cannot write to disk images with ultraspeed turned off. 
 Pretty major!

Bug #2 is that the screen blanker I added in 1.06 refuses to unhook the
 timer interrupt when exiting, and causes APE to crash the system when it
 is run again.  

Both are big errors, but are fixed in 1.07 that I will release soon.
