JAGUAR
WORMS Released by: TELEGAMES Coming DECEMBER

WORMS is the hit product that is available on most other next-gen systems. Designed for one to four players, this game combines the best elements from the very best games ever created. The game requires great thought, strategy and elements of sheer outrageous fortune within an almost infinite range of playing possibilities. Teams take it in turn to bombard the enemy with whatever weapon they feel is likely to reap the most reward. Each battle has a time period and once this is over a period of extra time may be played where all remaining worms are reduced to 1 unit of energy and the slightest hit will render them out of the game. The last team remaining wins the game.
BATTLE SPHERE Developed by: 4PLAY Coming: UNKNOWN
800 years in the future, the galaxy is in turmoil. Each of the seven known races has exploited and polluted its own homeworld until the colonization of new planets has become a necessity rather than a choice.

Where borders meet, conflict erupts. No race is completely blameless as the warring escalates to culminate in the destruction of a million worlds and the slaughter of a billion sentient beings.

Habitable planets are rare, however, and the leaders of the races realize that if hostilities continue, it will be impossible to survive on any world.

Sheer panic motivates a quick solution: No longer will the seven races wreak unbridled destruction throughout the galaxy; instead, all hostilities will be confined to the Battle Sphere, a small, closed region of space to which each race will send its finest warriors.

The triumphant race will be allowed to colonize freely; each of the remaining races will be confined to its original, dying homeworld forevermore...

DEFCON 1 Developed by: DDKG Coming: UNKNOWN

Defcon 1 is a 3D polygonal game that is currently being worked on for release on the PC, and the Atari Jaguar. It's graphics will be similar to Tomb Raiders, but there will be more than one camera angel, and lots of other features that are very helpful.

Defcon 1 will be released on the PC format first, then the Atari Jaguar. The purpose of releasing the PC version first is so we can raise the money for the production of the Jaguar version. As to when the games will be available, it's safe to say that the PC Defcon 1 is a year away, and the Jaguar version after that.

AGE OF DARKNESS Developed by: OMC GAMES Coming: UNKNOWN
We don't want to give the plot away, because the unfolding story is really what will make the game special. We can say this, if you like action/ RPG games and you've always wanted one with an intense plot, then this is your game. The designers do not intend to hold anything back or pull any punches. Age Of Darkness will not be for kids.

There will be a lot of room for the player to move and the towns are HUGE. We have put a lot of effort into making realistic towns and villages as well as people. The player will be able to get a job, create customized weapons and armor, and pretty much roam free. There are other additions which will add a new level to the genre.

Age Of Darkness is mostly 2D or pseudo 3D. We tried to limit the usage of polygons and so we're staying with hand-drawn sprites. The main character, Vorlan, will be well animated as well as other characters in the game. Every character will have a name and no two names will be alike. We still haven't decided on how to do the overland map, there are a few ideas we're trying, but we still have leaps and bounds before we have anything concrete. The characters, as well as the scenery, will be large. About the size of Streets of Rage 2 characters, except more colors per sprite. The backgrounds, building designs, and dungeons will also be colorful and highly detailed.

ORB OF BENGAZI Developed by: OMC GAMES Coming: UNKNOWN
At the time Shadowrun for the Genesis had been getting a bit of press and cyberpunk was on the rise. There had been nothing coming remotely close to what cyberpunk was: a gritty, hard hitting, world where dogs eat dogs and the strong rule the streets. There were some exceptions to the rule such as Rise Of the Dragon by Dynamix, but no one really decided to go the extra mile needed to make cyberpunk come alive.

It is hard to describe what we have planned for Orb Of Bengazi, because ideas change almost daily. At this point, the game is based on the role playing system called Blood City by James Garvin and Jason Armstrong. This world is basically the world as we know it except the demi-humans never fell out of existence. In other words, J.F.K. was an elf, and M.L.K. was an orc, for example. The year is 2147 and the U.S. is just recovering from a war fought on its home soil with the Jewish Vatican Environmentalist. Life in the big city has gone down hill and that's where you come in. We're planning to have a fair amount of black humor to take some of the serious edge off of the story. We want the players to become familiar with the characters, and we believe players will find it "cool" walk through downtown Chicago or travel the tollway in New York.

THE SINISTER MISSIONS Developed by: OMC GAMES Coming: UNKNOWN
The Sinister Missions is basically a shooter with an involving plot. The player takes the role of Alexander Costigan, a new recruit into the rebel Sinister Group, who is fighting for the cause of world freedom and the end of United Nations oppression. The scene takes place in the 23rd century where the world is essentially under martial law from the leaders of the United Nations. The Sinister Group have been opposing this Fascist dictatorship mentality for over 25 years, but in recent months have fallen short of supplies and support. The player picks up at this point in the story.
AUTOMANIACS Developed by: VD3D Coming: UNKNOWN
Automaniacs will be sort of sequel to the famed Club Drive. Featuring a similar GFX engine to the original Club Drive, only more powerful, more active Gourad Shading, a wise use of Texure Mapping, larger play ares, smoother frame rates with higher polygon counts than Club drive. Automaniacs will have many new things added to enhance gameplay and increase playlife.

Modes of Play

Time Attack Mode - Take on the rally circuits through the city, countryside, old west and house. Your opponet is a relentless one, it will never stop until you do, its more fierce than even the smartly programmed adversaries, TIME

Explore Mode - This is actually a continuous mode, simply put, this game is the Easter Egg, all 66 stars and wrenches..... In this game, It will be of the players decision to find all these stars, once found, you can take on the champion of the club, a mysterious racer who is impossible to beat without having 35 of 66 stars. The rest, possibly more than 66 will be hidden in secret levels and secrets within secret levels.

Race Mode - Here you will race against other CPU's (up to 6) and or human opponets (second player) race around tracks and compete for powerballs, and lap times.

GORF 2000 Developed by: Krunch Korporation Coming: UNKNOWN
The Evil Gorfian Robot Empire has attacked. Your assignment is to repel the invasion and launch a counter attack. You will engage various hostile spacecraft as you journey toward a dramatic confrontation with the enemy Flag Ship.

Classic mode will have 5 screens: Astro Battle (Space Invaders clone), Lazer Attack (Kamikazies with lazer beam ships), Galaxians (Duh) ;), Space Warp (kinda like Gyruss before Gyruss was released), Flagship (THE BOSS hurling all kinds of stuff at you)

You move in succession from screen to screen gaining a new rank for every time you defeat all five episodes.

The game gains difficulty as each set of episodes if completed. Space avenger is the highest rank you can go but the game continues infinitely till you last ship is gone. Like the good old games used to be. :)

As all of this transpires, the GPA (Gorfian Propaganda Agency) sends hails of insults, promises of defeats and chuckels over Earth's communication circuits. You only wish you can turn it off but the Gorfians have jammed it as a further distraction to your efforts of repeling the Gorfian Empire.

ASSAILANT A77 Developed by: bbankhea Coming: UNKNOWN IF EVER
In the tradition of StarFox, A77 will be completely and utterly On Rails. Don't be too disapointed, I like the idea of exploring in a game, yet to have nonstop and good sequenced action, rails is possibly a good idea.

Levels:
A77 will include missions from space, to planetary surface and subsurface.

Gameplay:
Most similar probably to StarFox, A77 will feature a camera that will pan slightly up and down.

Graphics:
I'm unsure exactly of howmany polygons the Jag can manipulate, but A77 will feature smoothly Gourad shaded polygons and transparent weapon effects. I will also try some weapons that like the basic cannon in StarFox, follow an arc, and are polygons them selves. The weapon shown in the canyon run is the basic weapon gatling gun, which is upgradeable. I think it will help to set the game apart a bit. One reason I plan in having a weapon that is more " tangible" is cause I was watching some footage of a jet( F-18 ) light off a few rounds at a target. The bullets had tracers on some of the rounds. First off, I think that tracers on the bullets are badd-ass looking, little streams of gold, and secondly, if you see where your bullets hit home, it makes the game that much more fun. I plan on for a high power weapon a super fast gattling wing guns Just to keep that effect around. Other weapons include Quasar Missles, a missle wich upgrades from one, to three, to yellow 5, and finally to green 5, transparent homing missles that spread from the back of your ship. In the shape of a five point equilateral star.
