This modified version of OVERMIND will work on the
Atari Peripheral Emulator (APE), as well as on NTSC Ataris
upgraded with a PAL ANTIC.

Changes:
1. Remove write protection check:
Side A, sector 4, byte $26 (ATR file position $1b6): $29 -> $09
2. Remove track buffer check:
Side A, sector 5, byte $18 (ATR file position $228): $0a -> $00
3. Remove PAL-GTIA check:
Side A, sector 3, byte $15 (ATR file position $125): $0e -> $00
