Gyruss . . . by : Konami

First space shooter I remember that went into the third dimention. Fight hoards of enemy fighters on your way back to Earth. Great music (classical baby!) and unusual control. While Gyruss owes a lot to Galaga, somehow Gyruss does it better, with enough bells and whistles to make the player feel they are doing more than going for score.
