[Joust on the Atari XEGS, by Atari]

Joust is one of those games that makes little sense to the outsider-- ride an ostrich and try to hit all of the other guys, wave after wave--but it's just that premise that makes it a simple and addictive games, especially in two-player mode.

  This is an excellent clone, but if you have a fast PC (faster than a 386) you need to slow your PC down to play it.

• If you have a PC and want the "real" Joust, get it in Williams Arcade Classics which emulates the real arcade game (as well as a few other classics).
