***** Beginning on FEBRUARY 16, 1996, we will be meeting at the *****
****** Super Stop & Shop at 495 Southern Artery, Quincy, Mass. ******
 

Some of you may remember that we used this location for quite a while
between the closing of the Computer Cache, and our getting the room
at UMass-Boston.  Why move?  Simple...  They started collecting
parking fees until late Friday nights.  We used to be able to park for
free, and now we pay $3.50.  This seemed too great a burden for our
membership, so it's back to Stop & Shop...

Remember that all Atari users are welcome at our meetings.  If you
have any questions or ideas for meeting topics, or if you have anything
which might make an interesting presentation, be sure to let us know.
  

Now the official stuff:

  

The South Shore Atari Group meets on the THIRD Friday of every month,
at 7:00 PM, in the second floor conference room of the Super Stop &
Shop, 495 Southern Artery, Quincy, MA (near Quincy police station and
Roxie's). 

  

From the Expressway, Rt I-95, take the Furnace Brook Pkwy exit. 
Follow the parkway approximately 1.3 miles to the intersection with
Hancock St. (National Guard Armory will be across the intersection on
the right).  Cross the intersection, and follow the curvy roadway
around to the next traffic light (at the Southern Artery), turn right
at the intersection. The Super Stop & Shop will be on your right, a
little more than 1/2 mile ahead.  (there may be more direct ways to get
there, but this is the simplest route to describe...)
  

Inside, go to the right side of the store (the florist department
unless they've remodeled), in the front corner of the store, there is
a doorway to the second floor stairway.  The conference room is two
doors down the second floor corridor.
