Seipel) Subject: Pcxfer To: Info-Atari8@naucse.cse.nau.edu Note: The following is a uuencoded file which, when uudecoded, is an ARC file for a PC or PC compatibles. It is *not* executable on the Atari. To use the program you *must* have a double density disk drive. If you have a 1050, it can be conerted to double density with a hardware modification called a US Doubler, which runs about $30. This program will allow your PC to read and write to Atari disks which are formatted with MyDos in double density. Documentation is included. Pcxfer allows you to convert between an Atari format disk and a DOS disk using your PC. The program is easy to use and fast, and the best part is that it is free. Documentation is included but the program is self-explanatory. It will not work on SSSD or DSDD Atari disks; only SSDD disks. Use uudecode destination on your Unix system and then download with a PC or clone.
