  Added "effects.arc" collection of Info/Routines/
  Replaced Demos/Mega/patros.blurb with a new, more descriptive copy
  Added "flip side copy with myutil" doc. to Info/Hardware/
  Added "Pro Tracker 1.5" (pt15.arc) MOD tracker to Sound/Editors/
  Added "BMP2HIP" converter program (FOR IBMPC!) to Graphics/Converters/
  Aded "MatherF----- Editor" (mferea11.arc) to Text/Editors/

CHANGES MADE:
  /00.CHANGES          - Renamed to "00.CHANGES.97.06.04"
  /00.CHANGES.97.03.22 - Moved into 00.oldchanges/
  Created Sound/Mod/   - A place for MOD sound files

CHANGES PLANNED:
  * Place all new files from New/ into their appropriate directories.
  * Move all removed (offline) files from the "Unverified" directory
    into appropriate directories.
  * Add ".blurb" descriptive files for any files missing them.
  [ ANYONE WANT TO HELP WITH THOSE TWO?? ]
  * Remove Spartados/ directory and move contents into other directories.
