ADDITIONS/REMOVALS:
  Added CRC-16 v.23 to Diskutils/Test/
  Added "Envision PC" to Graphics/Editors/
  Added dcm2atr to Diskutils/Transfer/

CHANGES MADE:
  *.blurb              - Cleaned up a lot of .blurb files
  /00.CHANGES          - Renamed to "00.CHANGES.97.12.17"
  /00.CHANGES.97.11.27 - Moved into 00.oldchanges/

CHANGES PLANNED:
  * Place all new files from New/ into their appropriate directories.
  * Move all removed (offline) files from the "Unverified" directory
    into appropriate directories.
  * Add ".blurb" descriptive files for any files missing them.
  [ ANYONE WANT TO HELP WITH THOSE TWO?? ]
  * Remove Spartados/ directory and move contents into other directories.
