ADDITIONS/REMOVALS:
  Added new (0.2) version of Modifications FAQ
  Added CardPack 1 and CardPack 2
  Created directory "/00.oldchanges" for old 00.CHANGES.* files
  Moved previous 00.CHANGES.* files into 00.oldchanges/

CHANGES MADE:
  /00.CHANGES          - Renamed to "00.CHANGES.96.09.16"

CHANGES PLANNED:
  * Put all removed (offline) files into appropriate directories.
  * Remove Spartados/ directory and move contents into other directories.
  * Add ".blurb" descriptive files for any files missing them.
  * Finish 00.EXTENSIONS listing.
