This is Torsten Karwoth's Atari 8-bit "Macro-Assembler 130XE+" which means you need at least 128KB RAM to work with it. This assembler is maybe the most popular Shareware assembler in Germany. Even though all docs are in German, I hope you'll be able to figure out how it works. I'll try to supply an English translation of the docs later this year.
