Well, this is the version of cc65 for *nix machines, it seems to work well,
so far... it has been tested on Linux, BSD, AIX.

CHANGES:

        - Made the code compile && work under *nix, various things
	changed && fixed, compiles cleanly without warnings now..


	- CC65LIB environment variable added in link65.c
	Libraries and .obj files will be searched in the current
	directory first and then the path specified by the CC65LIB var.

	- link65 will now use runtime.obj as runtime, no need to specify
	it, unless -r is used.

	- link65 will use c.olb as standard library, also no need to specify
	it..
