The following parameters are accepted at this prompt:›› A file number› A starting file number -› ending file number› LAST N files.› NEW› a beginning date in the format of:› mm/dd/yy-hh:mm:ss (followed by Am or› or Pm. Am is assumed if omitted).› MARKED files›› Say the existing files in a file area are 100-200. Typing 150 at this prompt would display files 150-200. Typing 150- would do the same thing. Typing 150-170 would start you at file 150, but stop when you got to file 170. It's pretty simple.›› Typing "Last" would show you the last file. Typing "Last 10" would show you the last 10 files.›› Typing "New" would show you files that you haven't seen before.›› Typing a date would show you files validated after (and including) that date. You don't need to specify the time if you don't want to. You also may separate the date/time with any non-numeric character you like. Examples:››1/30/88-6:30:00pm›1 30 88 6 30 00›1 30 88›1 30 88 6 30 00am›1 30 88 6›› When you browse files, you can also mark a files for later downloading.›› The next prompt will ask you which field you wish to search. Hitting ÛÒåôõòîÝ will bypass this prompt allowing you to browse all files within the parameters you have specified earlier. This feature will allow you to search specific fields, showing you files that have fields that match with a word that you will also be specifying. Here are the fields that can be searched:›› FROM (search for a file uploaded› by a specific user)› KEY (search for a file associated› with a specific keyword)› TEXT (search the file description› text area for a specific word)›› After entering one of these words, you will then be asked for a word to search for. The search word can be up to 20 characters. When using the FROM search parameter, the search word can be more than just one word.›› After the file description has been displayed, the  Û¿Ý¯Ãíäº will be displayed.
