Fred,

This is a program submission.  It is a uuencoded zoo file.
Please include this program in your freely distributable disk
library.  I am the sole author of this program.  No binary
is supplied - you can compile it with the latest lattice; I
suppose you'd do that anyway.

Please check my comment header.  I have used the word ST and
DOS-2-DOS.  Are these trade marks; am I obliged to acknowledge
this??  Please make any corrections you feel necessary to the
comments.
