upload note for as6502_atari.tar.Z

as6502_atari.tar.Z:  6502 cross assembler C source


this archive contains source code for as6502, a 2 pass
cross assembler for the 6502 microprocessor.  I have 
modified the code to output object code in atari
binary file format.  see the source and other documentation
files for more information.  as6502.exe is a msdos executable.
