To advertise within MyAtari magazine
could not be easier. But why
should you advertise within MyAtari?
Although MyAtari magazine was only
launched six weeks ago (3rd October 2000), it has already
generated quite a following. At the time of writing,
the magazine has over 360 subscribers from all around
the world and has received over 4300 hits (both figures
are climbing daily!).
As you can see, Atari users certainly
appear to have placed their support in the magazine,
now it's your turn ;-) No really, just think of the
exposure MyAtari could give to your products and/or
services in the run up to Christmas!? Not only
that, to advertise in either the December 2000 or January
2001 issue is completely
free! |
|
Decide upon which products
or services you wish to advertise. This may seem obvious,
but I have found that it never hurts to do so, before you go
to the trouble of designing your ad. |
|
Select the format you
wish to submit your advert from the following; GIF,
JPEG, HTML or ASCII. Please note that you may submit
your advert in either a single or combination of these
formats. You may also submit an animated GIF (145x50
pixels) which, at the webmasters discretion, will be
placed at the top-right of pages within the magazine. |
|
Compose your advert using
the software of your choice. However, please ensure
that your adverts total file size (uncompressed and
before archiving, including animated GIF - if applicable)
does not exceed 75 Kbytes. |
|
Check your advert for
any mistakes. It maybe wise to ask someone else to check
it as well - just in case! |
|
Please note that by submitting
your advert to MyAtari, it is assumed that you have
read and accept the following Terms and Conditions;
- MyAtari reserves the right to
refuse any advertisement.
- MyAtari makes no other representations
or warranties of any kind, express or implied without
limitation.
- MyAtari does not guarantee that
this service will meet your requirements, will always
be available, accessible, uninterrupted or operate
without error. This service
is provided on an "as is" basis.
- Your advert will be included
within / removed from the magazine at the webmasters
discretion and earliest convenience.
- You may submit an update or request
MyAtari to remove your advert at any time. However,
such requests will only be processed by the webmasters
at his earliest convenience.
- Illegal or pirate software must
not be sold through MyAtari. Anyone found to be
selling illegal or pirate software will be reported
to the appropriate authorities.

When you're 100% happy
with your advert, send it - along with your contact
details - to MyAtari magazine at the following postal
address;
or you may submit it to the e-mail
address;
|
|
If your advert is received
via e-mail. MyAtari will acknowledge by return e-mail
ASAP. However, if your advert is received via the postal
service, acknowledgement of receipt can only be given
if a stamped SAE is provided. |
