Three digital sound routines in/for TurboBASIC XL:

NLODPLAY.LST - TBXL version of the Parrot BASIC "LOADPLAY.LST" routines
CNVRT48.TBS  - 8bit raw sample (WAV, SND, etc) to 4bit Parrot format (DIG)
  converter
DIGIPLAY.TBS - 4bit Parrot sound format player (only does raw, not structured)
