   This is an MS-DOS port of Ivo van Poorten's XFD-Tools.

  To install, just unzip this file (You've already done that)  Make sure
that GO32.EXE (32-bit DOS extender)  is either in the same directory as
XFD-Tools, or somewhere in the executable path.

    The XFD-Tools have been renamed to make more sense under DOS.

     XFDDIR.EXE : Display a directory listing of an .XFD image
     XFDREAD.EXE : Copies a file from an .XFD image
     XFDWRITE.EXE : Copies a file to an .XFD image
     DOS2AT : Converts DOS <lf> to Atari EOL (for text files)
     AT2DOS : Converts Atari EOLs to DOS <lf> 

Usage: 

  Note: XFDREAD currently writes to standard output.
        XFDWRITE currently reads from standard input.
        You must use capital letters for the filename on the .XFD

   XFDDIR <XFDFILE>
   XFDREAD <XFDFILE> <File-on-XFD> > DOSFILE
   XFDWRITE <XFDFILE> <File-on-XFD> < DOSFILE
