1) Scratch all the connections on the 'connector board' which were going up 
to original cart. Just for sure.

Condensator Negative to the GND & Positive to pin 1 of 74174
pin 1 of 74174 is not connected to gnd 


3) If you don't find any problem with the above, try unsoldering the wires 
from the cartridge connector until it starts to boot with dumper inserted. 
You just must to find where the bug is...
