Chain.ACT is ASCII text (needs to be converted to ATASCII; that's 
simple tho).  It was written by Russ Gilbert (Russ.Gilbert@apk.wariat.org)

As the comments say, it lets you load another Action! program
(as long as it's a "single stage" program; compiled Action! code
is usually like this).

This seems to work better for me than an XIO command calling the DOS
"Binary Load", although that did work for me on other occasions.

I don't know what's different about some of my current code, but
it kept dying on me until I started using this routine, so if you've
had problems jumping from one Action! program to the next, try this!
