CHANGES MADE:
  /00.CHANGES          - Renamed to "00.CHANGES.96.07.01"
  /00.WEB.USERS.README - Created (explains downloading with web browsers)

CHANGES PLANNED:

  * Put all removed (offline) files into appropriate directories.
  * Remove Spartados/ directory and move contents into other directories.
  * Rename any ".txt" descriptive files to ".blurb".
  * Add ".blurb" descriptive files for any files missing them.
