CHANGES MADE:
  /00.CHANGES          - Renamed to "00.CHANGES.96.09.20"
  /00.CHANGES.96.09.16 - Moved into 00.oldchanges/

CHANGES PLANNED:
  * Put all removed (offline) files into appropriate directories.
  * Remove Spartados/ directory and move contents into other directories.
  * Add ".blurb" descriptive files for any files missing them.
  * Finish 00.EXTENSIONS listing.
