  Added "Ice-T XE v.2.72" to Telecomm/Terminals.
  Remove older "Ice-T" versions from Telecomm/Terminals.
  Added "APE 1.12d" to Emulators/Peripherals/

CHANGES MADE:
  /00.EXTENSIONS       - Added a lot more to the listing.
  /00.CHANGES          - Renamed to "00.CHANGES.96.12.01"
  /00.CHANGES.96.10.14 - Moved into 00.oldchanges/

CHANGES PLANNED:
  * Put all removed (offline) files into appropriate directories.
  * Remove Spartados/ directory and move contents into other directories.
  * Add ".blurb" descriptive files for any files missing them.
