  Version 2.0 of crc16 should
aggree with other crc16 checkers.
It will NOT agree with values
produced by version .9 and 1.0.
You can tell which program
produced the crcs by the name of
the crc16v2.dat file it creates
(crc16v10 made a crc16v1.dat
file).  I am including a crc16
checker for the IBM called
'crclist.exe', this can be used to
verify the same crc16 on an IBM,
say for checking 'util' transfers.
