MOVE Utility for SpartaDOS

     MOVE will physically move the entry for a file (or subdirectory) from one
directory to another on the same drive.  The file itself will not be touched,
only its directory entry.  This method is faster than most other methods
(which involve copying a file and then erasing the original) and helps prevent
disk fragmentation by allowing the file to stay in one place.  All attributes,
time/date stamp, and everything, will be retained.  Even hidden files can be
moved with the MOVE command.
