Welcome to the December 2001 issue of MyAtari magazine. Doesn't time fly! It seems like only yesterday that I was writing my first Foreword of 2001...

Before I continue, on behalf of the MyAtari team, I would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

This month's issue has arrived slightly later than planned but you'll be pleased to hear that I have now completed my Christmas shopping ;-) If you haven't done yours, you don't have long! However, you'll be pleased to hear that the MyAtari team have some very special Christmas presents for you.

In this issue, Jerry Martin explains the ins and outs of AtarIRC and AtarICQ, Lyndon Amsdon reveals how to recase your Falcon030, Dave Barkin shares his knowledge about the latest digital cameras, Roger Burrows explains how to build SCSI (and IDE) support into your code and Derryck Croker reviews PhotoTip 3.10.

What a year it has been! Thanks to your help and support, MyAtari has had a wonderful year in which we have published eleven issues and almost a hundred articles! Roll on 2002 ;-))
